This 12,000 SF retail store in University Village has 8,000 SF of sales floor and 4,000 SF back of house space. The project combines landlord and tenant visions for a store with impeccable quality and finishes. It features white oak ceilings, Portugal mocha crème stone, a 9,300 SF exterior terrazzo podium, a green roof, a 29-foot video wall, and a boardroom. Hoffman’s team worked hard to improve custom fabrications within project schedule and budget while operating in an active shopping village.
