Delivering this challenging project on the state of Oregon’s Capitol Mall, Hoffman is refurbishing, replacing, and repairing various building elements and systems in the state capitol building. The scope also includes areas of new construction, as well as base isolation and seismic upgrades to the historic structure. Facility improvements will address at-risk MEP systems, security and life safety issues, and ADA improvements. Hoffman is safely conducting work while the capitol is occupied, prioritizing minimum disruption to the legislative calendar and ongoing operations.
