Surgery Pavilion
Building in the midst of a busy medical campus, mixed with health care services, emergencies,
deliveries, patients and visitors, made this project challenging. All of the work occured
next to an eight-story medical facility with heavy traffic passing by on two sides. Proactive
planning and tight coordination kept construction on track for a three-story, 175,000 SF
concrete structure without impacting campus access or services.
