Hoffman built a major expansion of the Spokane Convention Center in a joint venture with Bouten Construction of Spokane. The centerpiece of the project is a new 100,000 SF Exhibit Hall. Renovation of existing areas provided 35,000 SF of new exhibit space and a 25,000 SF ballroom/banquet facility. Coordinating the construction without any negative impact to ongoing operations of the Convention Center and surrounding businesses was a major challenge that Hoffman solved with careful work phasing and low-impact construction techniques.
