Medical Center Expansion
This multi-phase project is bringing significant upgrades in space, services and amenities to the campus of Southwest Washington Medical Center. The new eight-story patient tower features 154 private patient rooms, a total of 15 new operating suites and a new Heart and Vascular Center. The 307,000 SF tower includes five floors of new private patient rooms that are larger than the existing double patient rooms now used. The project is being built by the Hoffman-Andersen Joint Venture.
