IMFT Lehi
IMFT Lehi is a 300-mm "fab" or microprocessor fabrication facility, built as two buildings on the Utah campus of high-tech leader Micron Technology Inc. The project includes the build-out of mothballed space and the retrofit of existing space to accommodate new technology for the manufacturing of 300-mm microchip wafers. One building includes 210,000 SF of cleanroom space; the other has about 40,000 SF. Hoffman is also building a 60,000 SF chemical storage warehouse on the site.
