The steel columns, beams, and roof deck of Hillsdale Library are all exposed, requiring precise and accurate construction to meet architectural finish standards. Hoffman helped the building achieve LEED Gold certification through use of FSC-certified materials and by recycling and salvaging over 80% of construction waste.
