Evergreen Aviation and Space Museums
Hoffman has completed multiple buildings on Evergreen's adjoining Corporate Campus and Visitor Campus. The museums house important artifacts of manned flight, from Howard Hughes' famous "Spruce Goose" to a Titan-3 missile. Hoffman built the Aviation Museum in 2001 and completed the Space Museum in 2008. The facilities, totaling over a quarter million square feet, feature 200-foot-long scissor trusses and 80,000-pound precast panels; the Space Museum includes a missile-pit with decommissioned launch-control equipment.
